Your data never touches our servers.

WPI RouteIQ processes all client data entirely within your web browser. When you close the tab, your data is gone. There is no server-side storage, no cloud database, and no data retention. This is data sovereignty by design.

Who We Are

WPI RouteIQ is a route profitability analytics platform developed and operated by WPI RouteIQ, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. We provide delivery cost modeling, customer performance grading, and scenario analysis tools for logistics and distribution operations.

How the Platform Works

WPI RouteIQ is deployed as a client-side web application on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. When an authorized user uploads a data file (such as a TMS or ERP export), the file is parsed and analyzed entirely within the browser's memory using client-side JavaScript.

Data Retention Zero — purged on tab close
Third-Party Sharing None — absolute isolation

What Data the Platform Processes

During an active browser session, the platform processes client-provided data files that may include:

  • route Route and delivery records
  • payments Customer financial data
  • local_shipping Fleet cost inputs
  • badge Driver & employee names

Authentication and Access Control

Access is controlled via Microsoft Entra ID. Users must authenticate with organizational credentials and MFA.

What We Will Never Do

Cookies

The WPI RouteIQ application uses only required session cookies issued by Microsoft Entra ID for authentication and session integrity.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics—a privacy-first tool with no tracking cookies. Aggregate traffic only. Zero personally identifiable information collected.

Data Ownership

All route data, financial data, and business data provided by a client remains the sole property of that client. WPI RouteIQ acquires no ownership, license, or rights to client data. This is enforced by our architectural design.

Security

The platform enforces HTTPS encryption (TLS 1.2+), MFA on sign-in, and role-based access control. A detailed security architecture summary is available upon request.
